Strengths
He's excellent. He's incredibly prepared, perhaps the most out of any arbitrator I have seen. He's very hard-working and reads every piece of work, every piece of evidence.
He's very thorough and studies the case really diligently. For high profile, high stakes cases, I would have him on my shortlist. He has the whole offering. He's friendly, so you can get to know him at a personal level, but he's also incredibly professional and knows when to be pugnacious and when not to.
Oscar is very good. He's hardworking, cooperative, collegial and has the benefit of being fluent in Spanish, so he can work in both languages perfectly.
He's one of the smartest arbitrators worldwide. He's enormously well prepared and always asks the right questions that go to the core of the matter.
