He also participated in regulatory implementation projects for banks and investment firms, including MiFID II and other EU financial market reforms.
As co-founder of FINREG PARTNERS, Ondřej has helped build one of the most recognised specialised law firms in the Czech Republic, advising leading financial institutions, asset managers, fintech companies and investors on complex regulatory and transactional matters. His practice spans both domestic and multi-jurisdictional projects, including acquisitions of investment firms, structuring of bond financings for technology-enabled and real-estate businesses, and fund formation mandates.
