Renowned for the quality of his expertise and technical knowledge particularly in the field of new technologies and life sciences, Olivier Fréget has, since the founding of his high-end competition and regulation boutique, received a continuous flow of new instructions from clients and acted in several landmark litigation cases, in particular in the telecommunications sector (a number of new matters for Iliad, Free and Free Mobile), in energy (TotalEnergies, including a landmark case against EDF during the COVID crisis), in media (Groupe Canal Plus), as well as in life sciences (Lucentis-Avastin case for Novartis, regular advice for Janssen-Cilag, Bayer and the French pharmaceutical companies’ trade association, LEEM). Olivier Fréget also advised Google in its first ad tech case in France, where it obtained a settlement decision with complex commitments.
