As a former member of the Conseil d’Etat, he spent 14 years ruling on cases in all areas of public law and several years in the administration (advisor to the Secretary General of National Defense and then Deputy Director of Public, European and International Law at the Legal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Economy and Finance)
Recognised for his expertise in regulatory law and public contracts, Emmanuel Glaser has been involved in major litigation cases, in particular in the media (a significant number of cases for the Canal Plus Group and a new [confidential] client), energy (Total Direct Energie), transport (SNCF Réseau and SNCF Mobilités), electronic communications and health (with significant cases for the Bayer and Janssen groups) sectors.
