As a partner in our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects department based in Paris, Olivier Fille-Lambie's practice focuses on acquisition, project and structured finance. Olivier is also the Co-head of the Africa Practice. He works principally for French commercial banks but also for domestic and multilateral development institutions and, to a lesser extent, for borrowers and sponsors.
Olivier runs a team that brings together lawyers from several areas of business law (corporate, banking, public law/PPP, contracts, arbitration), with a particular focus on OHADA business law currently applicable in 17 African countries.
He joined Hogan Lovells Cadwalader as an associate in 2001 and became partner in 2007. Olivier started his career in 1993 with Klein-Goddard Associés in Paris and was seconded to Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) from 1993 to 1995 and to Washington D.C. in 1996. He joined the Paris office (banking department) of a well-known international firm in 1998 until 2001.
