Oliver Williams

Oliver is a Partner at Trowers & Hamlins and deals with contentious and non-contentious matters and specialising in complex and high value construction and engineering disputes, both domestic and international.

Oliver's clients include contractors, sub-contractors, developers and consultants as well as local authorities and utility and energy companies. He advises on all forms of dispute resolution including arbitration, court proceedings, commercial negotiation and mediation with particular experience acting for contractors and developers in adjudication proceedings.
