Oliver Sturm

Oliver Sturm is a partner at DSC. He is one of Austria's leading experts in public procurement and the handling of PPP projects. In addition, he advises and represents national and international corporations in the areas of construction contract and public procurement law, as well as public commercial law.

Another focus of his practice lies on construction law, including construction litigation in connection with claims for additional costs, warranty claims or claims for damages.

Before starting to work in private practice, Oliver was an assistant at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna and worked in the legal department of a major Austrian construction group. Furthermore, he was head of legal at ASFINAG, the Austrian corporation which plans, finances, builds, maintains and collects tolls for the Austrian highways.

Oliver is a renowned expert in his field of expertise and author of numerous publications.
