Oladamola Oyabambi

Oladamola’s practice is principally focused on dispute resolution, commercial litigation and arbitration. He represents and supports clients in complex disputes before superior courts of record and arbitral tribunals, with experience across commercial, corporate, oil and gas, energy, tax, receivership, debt recovery, land, construction, entertainment, technology and regulatory matters.

He has acted as part of legal teams in high-value domestic and international disputes involving contractual breaches, asset-related claims, shareholder disagreements, enforcement issues, regulatory intervention, revenue disputes and commercially sensitive claims valued in millions of dollars. Oladamola also advises clients on data protection, intellectual property, fintech and emerging technology-related risks.
