Ola is a partner in the firm’s international corporate group. A well-regarded capital markets specialist, he has extensive experience acting in ECM matters for a range of issuers, underwriters, shareholders, bidders, and other participants.
His impressive career at previous law firms includes having been head of capital markets at Hamilton and Törngren Magnell, as well as a 10-year stint as an associate at Vinge. In addition, he offers strong commercial experience, having been Nordic head of legal at ABN Amro Bank and at the leading Nordic investment bank Alfred Berg.
