An aviation specialist, Noelia predominantly handles airlines’ insured matters, supervising passenger claims; including personal injury, baggage, denied boarding and customer relation files. She acts for one of the world’s largest airlines and regularly handles multi-jurisdictional cases and has particular expertise in claims in Spain and Latin America.
On behalf of Iberia & Iberia Express she handles and coordinate all claims worldwide, apart from the US, that fall under the Hull All Risk Insurance (“Iberia Policy”).
Among our current work, she is handling a significant claim being made by the family of an individual who died on board a flight.
