Noa represents both local and international leading broadcasting and content platforms, TV channels and production companies in all kinds of transactions, including local and international production and co-production agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, license agreements and more. Noa provides ongoing consultation with respect to both commercial and legal matters concerning the media and content practice, mainly in the TV industry, including complexed regulatory matters.

Noa also provides ongoing consultation regarding TV productions and all legal matters concerning such productions. including with regard to copyright law, privacy and libel law.

Noa is experienced in representing clients in complex litigation cases, concerning all aspects of commercial law, copyright law, privacy and libel law.

Prior to the establishment of SHGR, Noa practiced as an associate at Meitar| Law Offices.
