She is a leading financing and capital markets lawyer, an advocate of the Bar Council of India and a qualified solicitor of England and Wales with over 20 years experience starting with 13 years at Linklaters and Morgan Stanley in London before joining Cyril Amarchand (previously known as Amarchand) in India in 2010.

Her practice covers a wide range of corporate, financial services, banking, project finance, debt capital markets, regulatory advisory, structured investments, derivatives and insolvency, restructuring domestically and internationally. She advises corporates, international and domestic banks, other financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, multilateral agencies and investors in respect of their capital raising or lending. She regularly speaks at industry conferences and is a member of the India APLMA committee.
