Nikki has over 25 years' experience providing advice to both public and private clients on strategic, commercial and legal issues affecting all forms of property and procurement related matters. She specialises in development, with a focus on urban renewal and precinct development for the public sector including universities and state owned corporations.
She is a trusted adviser to many clients and provides expert advice on strategic, commercial and legal issues affecting all forms of property matters. She regularly provides advice to private and public sector clients on strategic, commercial and legal issues affecting all forms of property related matters.
Nikki is highly regarded for her work in acting for NSW Government agencies and local government bodies in a wide variety of matters and is known for her hands-on approach and for finding practical, commercial solutions.
Enhancing Nikki's talent advising on place making precincts, she works with clients to build a sense of place and community and works closely with Universities. Nikki is active in the property sector and now sits on the National Board of the Property Council of Australia, as well as being one of the key members on the Property and Precincts Committee NSW.
Work Highlights
Housing Australia: Advising Housing Australia on the roll out of $10 billion of Commonwealth Government Funding to increase the availability of social and affordable housing across Australia.
Bridge Housing: Advising Bridge Housing (a Tier 1 community housing provider) on the delivery of 300 new homes in Redfern of a mix of social housing, private, affordable, key worker housing and disability support units. 10% of all affordable homes allocated to Bridge will be dedicated to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander tenants.
Western Sydney University (WSU): Advising on a range of Innovation Precincts underpinned by a university campus with flexibility through each stage to allow for the evolution of the project and precinct to help transform WSU's campuses for the future. Also advising on the WSU/Charter Hall Direct Office Fund JV.
