Ross McInnes

Ross McInnes is the Chair of the Clayton Utz Board, specialising in mass consumer disputes, class action litigation, and financial services regulatory matters. Widely recognised for his strategic and pragmatic approach, he is the co-author of Australia's first annotated textbook on class actions (Annotated Class Actions Legislation - LexisNexis, Edn 3, 2023) and has been a key player in some of Australia's most significant consumer remediation programs and high-profile class action cases.
