With over a decade of experience, Nihad regularly advises clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on competition and banking and finance matters, as well as in energy and infrastructure. He has extensive M&A experience and has worked with both domestic and international clients on structuring, negotiating, implementing and security domestic and cross-border corporate and asset transfers.
