Career

Minela Šehović is an attorney at law with Schoenherr since 2013. Her main areas of practice are Corporate/M&A, Competition and Regulatory. Minela advised leading global and regional players in respect to their market entry and general corporate work in the country, and in relation to merger control proceedings in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Some of her recent mandates include advising Hydro Power Plant "Dabar" Ltd as borrower in connection with a EUR 189 million loan facility granted by the Export-Import Bank of China for the development of a 160MW hydropower plant "Dabar", as well as Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) on the joint venture for construction of the largest investment project in the energy sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina, three hydro plants on the river Drina: HE Foča, HE Buk Bijela and HE Paunci (Upper Drina Project).
