Nicolas Partouche is recognized for his expertise in restructuring and insolvency.
He represents both industrial and financial clients (industrial groups, investment funds, suppliers, bondholders…) and insolvency practitioners, in domestic or cross-border cases. His practice includes also all litigation related to restructuring and insolvency situation (e.g., D&O liability).
Admitted to practice in 2001, Nicolas joined Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2018, after being Partner at Jeantet in 2011 where he practiced in Paris and New York.
Nicolas is the first French lawyer to become an INSOL International Fellow.
He is also a member of INSOL Europe, of the Society of Turnaround Professionals (Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises - ARE) and of the IFPPC.
