Emmanuelle Vicidomini is the head of the firm’s Banking and Finance group. She has extensive experience advising on a wide range of complex operations, including leveraged financing, acquisition financing (senior and subordinated debt), bond financing (high yield, unitranche and mezzanine), syndicated financing, real estate financing, and debt restructuring.
Career
Before joining the firm as a partner, Emmanuelle Vicidomini worked for over ten years at Shearman & Sterling LLP and then at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier AARPI, where she was named Counsel.

Ms. Vicidomini is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Experience
Over the last few years, Emmanuelle Vicidomini has advised both domestic and international companies (listed and unlisted), investment funds and financial institutions.
She also advises financial institutions and various borrowers in the acquisition of real estate complexes and the refinancing of real estate debts.
