Nick Green is a Dubai-based corporate partner and cross-border investment specialist.

Over 6 years regional experience and previously a partner in the London corporate team focused on structuring UK and European Real Estate capital markets' deals from the Middle East, acting for family offices, institutional investors and high net worth individuals.

Specialised in regional cross-border M&A, the structuring of UK and European inward investment transactions and other investments inbound - including assisting clients to set up FCA-licensed subsidiaries in the UK. Excellent funds experience in general with a particular focus on VC and real estate funds. Also specialised in advising on a variety of cross-border corporate transactions, focusing on M&A, joint ventures, and the structuring, launch and investment cycle of investment funds. Familiar with the key offshore jurisdictions and structures.

Nick also has a broad knowledge of UK corporate, insolvency and financial services law, having practised in London for 12 years, enabling him to provide a comprehensive service to financial institutions and regional family groups in the GCC looking to invest whether in the GCC or the UK.
