Associate Nicholas Jupp focuses his practice on complex cross-border and domestic debt financing transactions advising private equity houses, corporate borrowers and issuers, banks, institutional lenders and other financial institutions. His experience includes advising clients on the financing of leveraged buy-outs, corporate facilities, direct lending facilities, syndicated facilities, high yield offerings, special situations and distressed debt trading. Nicholas also has significant recent experience in notable debt restructurings.
