Nicholas is a commercial litigator and a recognised leader in the fields of antitrust and competition litigation, pensions litigation and professional liability litigation.
Nicholas leads the competition litigation practice in Hogan Lovells' London office. His extensive experience litigating before the High Court and the Competition Appeals Tribunal enables him to represent clients in a wide range of industries, from financial and industrial to transport and technology. He often assists clients in coordinating the defence of complex multi-jurisdictional competition damages claims, including those brought by large groups of claimants.
Nicholas has acted on many high profile pensions disputes covering the full range of pensions litigation, from regulatory disputes to the construction of scheme documents and professional negligence. He is an active member of the Pensions Litigation Committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers, and is committee member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
