Nick is a corporate partner based in Abu Dhabi, who advises on a wide range of corporate transactions. He has extensive experience of advising international and regional clients, including sovereign wealth funds, government-related entities and financial sponsors, on their strategic investments in the Middle East, whether by means of public and private M&A, joint ventures or equity raisings. Nick has a particular focus on cross-border M&A and transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Nick was appointed Head of Corporate – Middle East in January 2021 and he heads the firm’s Abu Dhabi office.
Prior to his relocation to the Middle East, Nick was based in the firm’s London office and has also spent time in the firm's New York office. He has undertaken secondments with The Royal Bank of Scotland and Tullow Oil.
Nick is personally ranked as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 and Notable Practitioner in IFLR1000, further demonstrating Nick’s market leading presence in the Corporate/M&A field in the Middle East.
