Nicholas was appointed QC in 2011. Before that he was on the “A” panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown for 11 years. He was appointed a Deputy High Court Judge in 2018 sitting in the Chancery Division and in the Patents Court. He is recommended in Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500.
