Nick has considerable experience of professional liability claims and recently appeared in the Supreme Court for the successful respondents in Matthew v Sedman (led by Clare Dixon KC). He regularly appears in commercial disputes (including claims arising from breaches of trust and asset recovery claims) and recently acted for the successful respondent in the Court of Appeal in Kuznetsov v Amazon. Nick also routinely acts in insurance related disputes and property damage claims involving issues of coverage and allegations of fraud.
