He has a strong reputation in the Irish market and advises employers on all aspects of Irish employment law, with a particular expertise in dealing with complex, business critical litigation such as whistleblowing claims and High Court employment injunctions.

He also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and outsourcing projects, together with all issues relating to internal investigation, disciplinary, change management, redundancy and insolvency processes.
Niall works with large national and multinational clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals, medtech, aircraft leasing, fintech and financial services. With his experience of having worked in both the UK and Ireland, he is ideally placed to advise clients with operations that span both jurisdictions.
Recent work includes advising multiple high-profile clients on their gender pay reporting. These services form part of our bespoke, market leading and cross-border service in relation to gender pay gap reporting and pay transparency issues. This is a fast-moving area of employment law at the moment, with many key changes being implemented over the past few years and numerous regulatory milestones in the area set to apply from 2026.
