Mrs. Ha is a Patent & Trademark Attorney having the NOIP-granted IP representative license and at the same time, an attorney-of-law certificated to practice law by the Minister of Justice. With more than 26 years of patent and trademark experience, her particular strengths are in the field of advising clients in IP laws of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and some other countries, registration, prosecution, enforcement and commercialization of IP rights.
