Néstor Contin is managing partner of the firm and co-leader of the Corporate Law and Dispute Resolution practices. Among his notable cases, he has advised important Dominican banks, financial entities, and companies from various industries in seeking new investment opportunities in the Dominican Republic, helping them find the appropriate financing channels for their projects. He also handles complex corporate matters for a variety of clients, including leading financial institutions, prominent energy agencies, and numerous high-net-worth families. Néstor also advises clients on the organization of their businesses and assets, as well as on estate and succession planning.

His involvement in litigation is equally active, representing the country's largest financial institutions in the recovery of overdue loan portfolios.
