Neil is head of the firm's Theatre Group. He provides advice in connection with all aspects of theatre and live performance. This includes rights acquisition, commissioning, creative team arrangements, production arrangements, financing, theatre tax credit, overseas licensing and subsidised sector issues. His clients include leading producers, theatre owners and operators, subsidised sector venues and touring companies. He regularly advises on West End and Broadway productions and transfers of productions between the two.
He also advises a number of high profile rights owners in connection with the management and exploitation of their rights across a wide range of media and platforms.
