Practice Areas

Partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Represents financial institutions, trading companies, end-users, trade associations, exchanges, clearing organizations, and hedge and private equity funds, in a variety of regulatory, enforcement, and transactional matters involving commodities, digital assets, and derivatives. Advises clients on the application of regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA), including the intersection of commodity and derivatives regulation of digital assets. Also focuses on representing clients in government investigations by the CFTC, NFA, and the exchanges.
