Associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Represents financial institutions, energy and agricultural companies, trade associations, and hedge and private equity funds, in a variety of regulatory, enforcement, and transactional matters involving commodities and derivatives. Advises clients on the application of regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA) and has extensive experience helping clients comply with all aspects of the Dodd-Frank Act. Also focuses on representing clients in government investigations by the CFTC, NFA, and the exchanges.
