Ndenisarya Meekins is a partner in the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice, recognized for her experience advising independent directors and trustees, investment companies, and investment advisers on complex regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. With a client-centered approach, Ndenisarya collaborates with mutual fund boards, investment company complexes and advisers of all sizes, tailoring her services to address each client’s unique needs.

Ndenisarya is an active contributor to industry thought leadership, regularly speaking at conferences on key regulatory trends impacting mutual fund boards, investment companies and advisers. She is dedicated to delivering practical, forward-thinking solutions that empower her clients to navigate the ever-changing investment landscape, fostering long-term relationships and helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.

In 2015, Ndenisarya was selected by Fund Action and Fund Directions as a Rising Star of Mutual Funds.
