Career

After 12 years plus in international law firms and multinational companies doing various corporate works on behalf of various investors and companies, Nathaniel decided to plunge into the world of startups and impact-driven companies and spent more than 4 years as General Counsel of Gojek and Ruangguru.

He oversees the growth of these companies including through fundraising, merger & acquisitions, general management, and overseas expansion to Southeast Asian countries. He has a vision to bring his deep expertise, experience, and insights to grow the communities in which Adrem, its clients, lawyers and team members are part of, onwards and upwards to greater impacts.

Nathaniel is a registered Indonesian advocate from the year of 2008 in Indonesian Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia), a member of Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal), and a member of International Commercial Law Alliance.
