In Corporate & M/A Department, we assist our clients in Fundraising, VC and PE investments, M&A, Start-up Growth, Restructuring, Foreign Investment, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Governance.

Our clients are mostly start-up companies and venture capitals. The start-up companies are engaged in various industries, namely financial technology, technology, web3, cryptocurrency, arts, automotive, renewable energy, commerce/trading, agriculture & poultry, education, and etc.

We help start-up companies in fundraising, restructuring, and their growth. Other than specific deals/projects, we also provide general corporate advices in their day-to-day business, such as licenses, regulatory matters, data privacy, and etc. Meanwhile, we assist venture capitals in their investments, including conducting due diligence, negotiating and preparing transaction documents (investment agreement, shareholders' agreement), etc.
