Nathalie Labeeuw

Nathalie Labeeuw is a specialist in succession planning, family property law and private international law. She advises on the transfer of family businesses and works out asset planning for clients with complex family situations, whether or not they have an international character.

Based on this knowledge and experience, she is the ideal lawyer to head our civil litigation department. Nathalie assists in liquidation and partitioning proceedings after divorce or after death, which often involve peripheral problems (e.g. disputes about the validity of a will or a donation, seals, appointment of a sequestrator, administration,...). She has also been serving as a deputy judge/counsellor since September 2023.

As a lawyer, she is a member of the Brussels Bar.

She founded Cazimir together with her fellow partners in 2009. She works in the offices of Diegem, Ghent and Antwerp.

She also worked for several years as an assistant at the Institute for Family Property Law (KU Leuven).

Nathalie is a much sought-after speaker at financial institutions, the Federation of Notaries, the Brussels Tax College and the University of Antwerp. She is also an editorial member of leading journals in her field.

She is also a member of the editorial board of leading journals in her field and chairman of the Editorial Board for Relationship Estate Law, Property Law and Family Law for magazine.
