Nate is a commercial litigator with over 10 years of experience who has specialised in group claims since 2021. He has been involved in some of the largest claims before the Courts of England and Wales, including landmark cases against Uber for holiday pay and National Minimum Wage, equal pay claims against the UK's largest supermarket chains, the Dieselgate litigation, and seeking redress for unfair relationships arising from PPI. Ranked as an "Associate to Watch" for Group Litigation: Claimant by Chambers & Partners and identified as a Key Lawyer by Legal 500, Nate has appeared before all levels of Courts and Tribunals, including the Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court.
Nate was called to the Bar in 2012 and joined Harcus Parker in April 2024. He has served as CORLA's Membership Secretary since 2021. Nate is also keenly involved in his Inn, particularly assisting the Education Department with their Student Outreach and Education programmes.
