Adam has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, with particular expertise in high-value commercial fraud, contractual disputes, insolvency, and banking and finance matters. He excels in leading major group actions and representing clients in hard-fought, high-value international litigation against well-resourced opponents, including the Whistletree Mortgage Prisoners litigation. His notable cases span billion-dollar fraud claims, cross-border asset recovery involving hundreds of millions, and some of the largest Commercial Court disputes. Recognised as "a fantastic strategist" and "one of the brightest lawyers of our generation," Adam is ranked by Chambers and Partners for Civil Fraud and featured in the 2025 Lawdragon 500 Global Plaintiff Lawyers guide.
Career
Adam joined Harcus Parker in February 2020 from another leading litigation practice. He was called to the Bar in 2005 and admitted to the Bar of the Cayman Islands in 2011. Named one of the five "Most Highly Regarded" litigation partners in Europe under 45, he continues to be recognised for excellence in Who's Who Legal: Commercial Litigation.
