Career
Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska graduated from the Law Faculty Iustinianus Primus, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje in 1990.
After graduation, from September 1990 until May 1992, she worked as an intern in the District Public Prosecutor’s Office in Skopje.
In May 1992 she was registered in the Directory of Attorney Apprentices of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia and has began her career as a practicing apprentice at law.
She passed the bar exam in June 1995, and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia since July 1995.
Since then, Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska worked alongside Jovan Trpenoski as licensed attorneys at law.
She founded the TRPENOSKI Law Firm as a separate legal entity, together with Jovan Trpenoski and Dejvi Davidovski, attorneys at law, following the Decision of the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia from 17th November 2005 and in accordance with the Law on Attorneys at law.
Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska is the authorized representative of the TRPENOSKI Law Firm, as founding and managing partner and president of the Executive board of the Law Firm.
In her many years of experience, she has been the founder and President of non-governmental organizations related to law.
She is also the President of the Supervisory Board of Zito Luks AD Skopje.
Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska figures on the roster of permanent Arbitrators at the Permanent Elected Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Macedonia addressing disputes of domestic and foreign nature.
She has also been appointed as designated Legal Adviser of the Austrian Embassy in Skopje by the Ministry of Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria.
She continually upgrades her education through seminars on European law, corporate law and management, criminal law with a special aspect on human trafficking, banking law, finance, arbitration, competition, labor relations, etc.
Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska focuses on building networks of cooperation between the countries of Southeast Europe and taking part in organizations and chambers in Europe and the United States.
She has a diploma for completed education in English Language for Business Management.
Her particular interests lie in commercial law, banking law, telecommunications and trade law, especially in the part of foreign investments, as well as labor relations, establishment, organization and restructuring of companies.
Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska has constantly adjusted to the worldwide trends and developments in the legal profession, as well as in the society and business sector, as she has become a recognized leader in the country in ensuring sophisticated, unimpeded, continuous and high quality legal services to the Firm’s clients.
She has successfully managed the overall functioning of the Firm, which now consists of 15 attorneys at law, all registered in the Bar Association of the Republic of Macedonia, and enables the Law Firm to meet the diverse needs of the firm’s attorneys through tailor-made training. Besides Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska, as a registered arbitrator, the Law Firm employs a licensed mediator, an authorized registration agent in front of the Central Registry of R N Macedonia, an authorized representative for protection of intellectual property, licensed insurance broker and a licensed investment and pension fund agent.
She attends regular meetings with clients daily, takes an active part in legal events, creates and controls written documentation in the field of corporate and contract law.
Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska personally represents several business and criminal cases, where the financial claims and threatened punishments are significant.

In the Law Firm, Ms Trpenoska Trenchevska is responsible for the departments for corporate law, protection of competition, arbitration and mediation, management, and due diligence.
