Natasha Kurth

Natasha advises on a variety of family law matters with a particular focus on complex financial remedy cases.

Natasha’s work is characterised by substantial valuation and enforcement challenges, intricate corporate and trust structures and technical legal arguments, for example, relating to the treatment of non-marital assets. Natasha also works closely with the Private Client department, providing legal advice to trustees and preparing nuptial agreements designed to protect significant dynastic wealth.

Natasha acts for clients from all walks of life, including city professionals, entrepreneurs, politicians, artists and homemakers. She has extensive experience representing clients in financial remedy proceedings listed in the High Court.

Whilst Natasha specialises in highly contested cases, she champions alternative dispute resolution, particularly where her clients require discretion, or where early financial settlement is possible.

Natasha studied History at University College London. She joined Wedlake Bell in 2015, having undertaken her training contract at Stewarts Law.
