Natasha Kohne is co-head of Akin’s cybersecurity, privacy & data protection practice and has over two decades of experience assisting clients in navigating the evolving risks in privacy, cybersecurity and AI regulation, enforcement, investigations, and class action litigation. These matters include those related to regulatory and compliance requirements, privacy and cybersecurity-related investigations, intersection of cybersecurity and privacy issues with data-focused emerging technologies, and mitigation and management of cyber intrusions.
