Sergio Urías

Sergio Urias represents leading private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A (primarily in Latin America), leveraged buyouts, restructurings, reorganizations and growth equity investments. He also negotiates, structures and executes corporate transactions on behalf of strategic buyers and sellers. With extensive industry experience, Sergio has represented clients across various sectors, including technology, media, telecommunications, consumer products, energy, mining, health care, life sciences, food and beverage, software, manufacturing, financial services, agriculture, aerospace, defense and hospitality.
