Natalia secured a series of victories in Ukrainian courts in complex and precedent-setting patent, trademark and copyright litigation matters. Her achievements include, among many other successful matters, a landmark Supreme Court case that set a new approach to biosimilar vs generic medical products and the most high-profile copyright and trademark dispute settlement in the Ukrainian television market.
