Nataliya Dryuk

Nataliya is a co-head of the Intellectual Property practice group. She is a recognized expert in IP and civil and commercial litigation.

She has acted for domestic and international companies such as DuPont, Corteva, Dr. Reddy’s, Forbes, Google, Xiaomi and many others in the biotech, pharma, FMCG, IT, telecom and media industries.

Natalia secured a series of victories in Ukrainian courts in complex and precedent-setting patent, trademark and copyright litigation matters. Her achievements include, among many other successful matters, a landmark Supreme Court case that set a new approach to biosimilar vs generic medical products and the most high-profile copyright and trademark dispute settlement in the Ukrainian television market.
