  • Advising Dallmayr on different aspects of IP and related issues the client faces in the framework of doing business in Ukraine: anti-counterfeiting issues, infringement of rights to trademarks by unfair trademark and design registrations made in favor of third parties, black import (smuggling), domain name infringement.
  • Socially important project: Aequo represented a Network of PLWH in complicated patent litigation with a big international pharmaceutic manufacturer aimed at increasing drug accessibility. The case is unique for Ukraine being the first patent cancellation action initiated by patients’ organizations. Challenged patents were terminated.
