She graduated from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 2011 and has been a member of Abeledo Gottheil since 2014.

Her practice focuses on advising companies on Consumer Protection, Fair Commercial Practices, Advertising and Promotions, Data Protection & Privacy and Legal Marketing. She places particular emphasis on the prevention of claims by consumers and of actions by enforcement authorities, as well as on the defense in complex litigation arising from product liability and consumer protection class actions, where she leads a multidisciplinary team acting in both collective and individual proceedings.

She has developed a strong regulatory practice, advising on contractual and consumer-related matters under the federal consumer protection framework, on the sector-specific regimes applicable to a wide range of regulated industries, and on compliance with the requirements of authorities such as the Secretariat of Industry, the Argentine Central Bank, ANMAT (the national food, drug and medical device authority), the Superintendency of Corporations (Inspección General de Justicia) and the Ministry of Tourism.

She also has solid experience in the contractual and regulatory aspects of closed-group savings plans (consortium plans) and automotive regulation and led the incorporation and regulatory approval of the first savings plan management company in Argentina for the allocation of motorcycles.
