With respect to the mining sector, the firm has counseled clients on the obtaining of concessions and exploration permits, petitions for measurement related to claims of discovery and related registrations with the relevant Mines Registry Office. The firm also has an extensive practice in all segments of the energy sector – generation, transportation and distribution– and renewable energies.
