Since 2010, PGP´s Environmental Practice has been providing legal advice and support to one of the most important university´s in the Country, in order to obtain different environmental permits required by environmental laws.

Since 2017, PGP has been actively processing before the local environmental authority a water permit for one of its Client´s, specifically for a property located in a rural area in the municipality of “La Calera” in the department of Cundinamarca.

On September 3, 2019, PGP filed a claim against the local public utility company as it was charging a service fee for water supply and sewage treatment that was not applicable to the Client´s project.
