Natalia Barros

Natalia Barros is a founding partner of Harasic/Barros, a dispute resolution firm that continues a practice originally established in the 1990s and developed through successive partnerships. She focuses primarily on criminal law and also advises on civil, commercial and arbitration litigation matters. Her practice reflects cross-disciplinary expertise across different areas of dispute resolution, enabling her to handle complex cases with a comprehensive and strategic approach.

She represents corporations, senior executives and public institutions in complex and high-profile disputes, including white-collar crime, corporate governance, and regulatory investigations and has led cases of national significance involving corporate fraud, regulatory matters, and large-scale commercial conflicts.

Universidad de Chile (JD equivalent, summa cum laude), with a specialization in Family and Children’s Law, and currently specializing in corporate internal investigations, with a focus on white-collar crime, corporate compliance, and complex internal investigations.

She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and Woman in Dispute Resolution Chile (WDR Chile).
