Davor Harasic is a partner at Harasic/Barros, advising on civil, criminal, constitutional and administrative litigation, with a particular focus on white-collar crime. He represents corporations, senior executives and public institutions in high-profile investigations, complex corporate disputes, and criminal proceedings involving financial and regulatory matters.
He has extensive experience handling cases of significant public and institutional impact, including corporate governance issues, political financing, and large-scale commercial conflicts with criminal implications.
He previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile and as Vice President of the Council of Defense of the State. He is also an arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
Career
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Social Sciences from the School of Law of the University of Chile and a Master’s Degree in Law, with a major in Criminal Law, from the same university.
