Nadine Jayes

Nadine is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Probate team. She specialises in estate planning, the preparation of wills and the administration of both trusts and estates and have gained a wide variety of experience in private client matters since qualifying in 1989.

Nadine has experience in advising non-UK domiciled individuals in relation to UK estate planning issues and their potential exposure to UK Inheritance Tax. Nadine has prepared UK wills for them and has also liaised with advisers in different jurisdictions to ensure that the client has suitable will arrangements in place to cover their worldwide estate. In addition to this, she has also dealt with multi-jurisdictional probate matters.

She particularly enjoys dealing with specialised estate planning matters for high net worth individuals, including business owners, and non-UK domiciled individuals. Nadine's niche area is advising in relation to trusts, including the creation, administration and the tax issues relating to trusts.
