A partner in the Commercial Real Estate practice, Finance and Merger and Acquisitions practices, Mylène acts for some of Canada’s largest real estate investors, developers and pension funds. She advises on complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, financings and leasing matters both in Canada and the United States. Investors, developers and pension funds count on Mylène for her negotiating and drafting skills, and her practical approach. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association’s Montréal Real Estate Section and is an active member of CREW M, an association that promotes, supports and recognizes the success of women in commercial real estate.
