Murat Sayın began his professional journey as an in-house legal counsel within major energy companies, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in litigation and enforcement proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day legal operations of large-scale energy corporations. Throughout his career, he has played an active role in resolving complex disputes arising under energy market legislation and practice, and has developed particular expertise in energy law and regulatory relations with the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (“EPDK”).

Following his early career in national energy companies, Murat Sayın went on to serve as legal counsel to leading international and multinational corporations, including OMV Gas and Power, Petrol Ofisi A.Ş., and SOCAR.

Murat founded Sayın Law & Consulting with the vision of providing sophisticated, business-oriented, and solution-driven legal services, particularly tailored to the needs of companies operating in regulated industries, with a primary focus on the energy sector.

Under his leadership, Sayın Law & Consulting has become a trusted legal advisor to a broad client base active in both the Turkish and international markets.
