Beril Atikyılmaz is a Senior Associate at Sayın Law & Consulting, providing legal advisory and dispute resolution services to both domestic and international clients. Her main areas of practice include Energy Law, Contracts Law, Corporate Law, Maritime Trade Law, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

She advises companies operating in the energy sector on market entry, licensing procedures, regulatory compliance and permitting processes, and is actively involved in licensing applications and regulatory matters before the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA). In addition, she represents clients in disputes arising from energy, commercial and maritime law, including administrative litigation against public authorities, and acts on behalf of clients before judicial bodies and administrative authorities.

Beril Atikyılmaz also provides comprehensive corporate legal support, including the management of companies’ day-to-day legal affairs, preparation and implementation of general assembly and board of directors’ resolutions, corporate governance matters, and the drafting, negotiation and review of commercial contracts. She regularly advises on legal due diligence processes and M&A transactions.
